Healthy Tuna Salad

This salad goes well as a topping for Crispbread or just as a lunch. :)

Recipe:

  • 1 Cup Canned Tuna
  • 3 Cherry Tomato
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1/4 Red Onion
  • 1/2 Small Bell Pepper (whatever color you prefer)
  • 10 Slices of Cucumber
  • 1 Cup Chinese Cabbage
  • Garlic Salt

Cut all the ingredients into small cubes and mix well, adding the tuna last. Sprinkle some Garlic Salt as desired. Enjoy.
